Pam Hight is the Rental Division Manager for McDonald Real Estate. She has been with the company since 2000. Having been a Property Manager prior to becoming the Team Manager, she has a unique insight into what is required to run a successful team. Her strengths are problem solving, patience and honesty. Pam is determined that her team are professional, successful, and result orientated whilst still maintaining empathy and good relationships with their clients.
