Straight after our first viewing with Rachel my wife and I looked at each other and said at the same time “we have to buy a house from her!” She was absolutely incredible, very professional but at the same time just a fun person to help us through this stressful stage. We went through due diligence on multiple properties before finding the perfect place and over the course of a few months she was always available whenever we needed. At the time we were living half on the other side of the world and we would find Rachel returning our messages in the middle of her night.
